West FSI is the entity through which Rick West advises partner clients and participates as an investor and operating partner in the parking, EV charging and adjacent industry sectors.  In the past twenty years this has included over two billion dollars in operating parking company, parking property, infrastructure, EV charging networks and financing transactions.

Focus areas range from working with capital partners on acquiring and asset management of parking real estate, parking operating companies and parking concessions such as serving in senior advising and executive positions including as CEO. 

Parking concession infrastructure investment projects include: urban; airport; campus; and design, build, operate and maintain concessions. 

Private equity projects include: advising on the acquisition or disposition of individual assets or companies; working with investors to develop and execute growth plans; and acquiring and co-investing in urban parking garages and mobility sectors.

Roles have included: serving as Senior Adviser; Board Member; Board Adviser; CEO and as a senior executive tied to a restructuring initiative.

West FSI is also actively advising the investor and lender community on how changes in mobility interact with specfic investments in parking companies, concessions or real estate.
